Introduction & Contractual Scope

Welcome to Rdhsiijdd, operated by KhaiEL Hongkong Limited. This Purchasing Agreement & Transaction Terms outlines the conditions governing purchases, orders, and related transactions made through our online storefront.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Notice, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Please review these documents before completing your purchase.

Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

1. Purchaser Eligibility & Responsibilities

By placing an order through our platform, you confirm that:

Order Review & Cancellation

Changes to prices, product listings, or promotions will apply to future purchases and will not alter an accepted order without your agreement, except where permitted by applicable law.

4. Product Descriptions, Visual Variations & Sticker Selection

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display the designs, materials, dimensions, quantities, and finishes of products across our Nature, Cozy Life, and Travel collections.

  • Display Variations: Colors and details may appear slightly different because of screen settings, photography lighting, or normal production variations.
  • Measurements: Dimensions are approximate where indicated. Individual sticker sizes may vary within a pack.
  • Pack Contents: Please review the listing to confirm the number of individual stickers or sheets and whether designs are fixed, assorted, or randomly selected.
  • Materials & Application: Sticker materials, transparency, adhesive properties, and suitable surfaces vary by product. Please follow the relevant listing and application instructions.
  • Specific Performance Claims: Water resistance, outdoor suitability, repositionability, and residue-free removal apply only where expressly stated for the individual product.

Minor visual variations do not excuse the supply of defective or materially misdescribed goods. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us under our Return & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Catalog Errors & Pricing Corrections

Although we aim to keep our storefront accurate, errors in prices, descriptions, promotions, or availability may occasionally occur.

If we identify a material error affecting your order, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer the choice to proceed with corrected information or cancel for a refund.

We may correct listing errors and update product information at any time. Any cancellation or correction affecting an accepted order will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

6. Inventory Availability & Delivery Estimates

Stock indicators and delivery estimates reflect the information available when displayed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy and checkout information for applicable processing times, delivery options, and destination-specific estimates.

  • Estimated Transit Time: International transit generally takes 10–20 business days after dispatch and may extend to approximately 30 days during significant disruptions.
  • Potential Delays: Customs processing, carrier capacity, severe weather, and other transport disruptions may affect delivery.
  • Unavailable Items: If an ordered item becomes unavailable before dispatch, we will notify you and offer an appropriate solution, such as waiting for restocking or receiving a refund for the unavailable item. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Delivery estimates do not remove any rights you may have concerning delayed or undelivered orders. Please contact customer support if your shipment exceeds the stated delivery window.

7. International Shipping & Product Information

International orders may be subject to destination-specific customs procedures and import requirements.

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for destination charges legally payable by them and not collected at checkout.

This section does not transfer to customers any tax, customs, or compliance obligation legally assigned to us.

The governing law and dispute provisions stated in our Terms of Service apply to this agreement, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to your purchase.

Updates to this agreement will be published with a revised effective date. Unless otherwise required by law or agreed with you, updates will apply to orders placed after that date.
